New year's resolutions for home buyers and sellers

If buying or selling (or buying AND selling) a home in the Roanoke Valley is on your to-do list for 2018, it's time to get started. Even if you're not planning to jump into the spring market, there's a lot to do to be ready.

So with that in mind, I bring you new year's resolutions for home buyers and sellers who are planning to conduct a transaction in 2018.

FOR BUYERS

1. Check your credit report and credit score.
