Phase II (Clubhouse Villas at Ballyhack): Contains 15 home sites of 0.7 acres or more. These sites require a minimum 1,500 square feet of climate-controlled space and are ideal for smaller homes up to 3,000 square feet. The home sites site on a ridge overlooking the 10th hole and boast some of the most magnificent views in the Roanoke Valley.

The heart of Ballyhack is the 11,500-square-foot clubhouse, which sits in the shadow of the 100-year-old Saul Farm grain silos, a reminder of the simple dairy farm that once occupied the land.
